Sometimes it will be a one-off. You need a menu translated - once. We translate it. Job done.
But we know that many of our customers will have ongoing language needs. And we’re confident that when you’ve used us once, you’ll want to use us again, and again, and again.
Maybe you publish a monthly newsletter. Once a month, we’ll be there.
Maybe you need your annual report translated into English, or French, or Czech or Chinese. Once a year, we’ll be there.
Maybe you send your customers a fortnightly e-mail on new products and services. Once a fortnight, we’ll be there.
Maybe you don’t know when you’ll need us. But whenever you need us, we’ll be there.
Whether you need us frequently or occasionally, we will do our best to keep your custom. We invest a lot in cultivating long-term relationships with our customers.
What do we offer repeat customers?
You will be assigned a Client Manager. This person will be your point of contact within Semos and will be on-call whenever you need to discuss work, seven days a week. Your Client Manager will get to know you, your business, and your language needs. We would not change your Client Manager unless absolutely necessary. If we do, your new Client Manager will be fully briefed on you and your needs.
Regular customers can relax. If we know that an edition of your newsletter will be published in two weeks, and another one two weeks after that, then we’ll make sure we have the necessary consultants in place at those times. Whatever your needs, we’ll meet them.
