Our approach to project management reflects our commitment to expertise: unlike so many of the big translation agencies, who use generalist administrative staff to assess, assign, and manage translation projects, our managers are themselves experienced linguists. So you can be sure that your translation project will be assessed, assigned, and managed intelligently from the outset. Since we translate into and out of over 100 languages, we provide the coverage offered by the big agencies, without sacrificing the language-specific expertise typical of the small-scale niche agencies.
We manage our projects very closely to ensure that the highest levels of accuracy and consistency are maintained. Terminology forums allow translators collaborating on high-volume projects to pool their expertise and ensure that the final translation is terminologically consistent. This real-time Quality Assurance process allows us to translate very high volumes to tight deadlines: it is not unusual for us to translate 30,000 words in 24 hours.
Computer Assisted Translation tools (CAT tools), such as Trados, SDLX, Déjà Vu, and Wordfast, reduce translation costs and promote internal consistency by identifying repetitions and automatically replicating translator- and client-approved translations of terms and phrases. These tools use Translation Memory that is built up over the course of multiple translation jobs, so CAT tools can also be used to maintain consistency over several consecutive projects with similar content. We are happy to use any tool or translation environment you require.
We can translate nearly all files types, including web files (.html, .xhtml, .xml, etc.).
